TERMS OF SERVICE
Buy commissioning me, you agree to these factors:In terms of payment
------------------------------------▪︎ Payment must be in USD.▪︎ I take payment UPFRONT. You will not pay me inbetween or after the commission. To start the commission, I must be paid first. This is to avoid trickery.▪︎ You have every right to be refunded.
HOWEVER, if you have commissioned me and I have already started on the commission, depending on where I am will be how much you will be refunded.
For example, if I have not started or finished the lineart, you will be refunded in full.
If I have already finished the lineart but nothing else, you will not be refunded for the lineart.▪︎ I ask that you give me 30 days, which starts once the payment is made and the commission has started, to complete your commission. If I do not complete it before the 30 days has ended, you will be refunded in FULL. And of course, I apologize if it does ever happen.
In terms of permissions
-----------------------------------------▪︎ You are allowed to use the commission for personal use ONLY. (Ex. profile picture, phone background, etc.)But this does not mean you are allowed to turn my art into lineart.
Nor are you allowed to use it for your own advertisement.▪︎ If you would like to repost my commission, you MUST ask me first beforehand.
Other
---------------▪︎ You are allowed to ask to see the progress. It is most appreciated that you do.
I also will request to show you progress myself to ensure everything is to your liking.
I additionally may ask you questions about certain factors of the artpiece.
Like many other artists, I am still learning in fields that are not my strongsuit. So keep in mind that it can change at any time!Additionally, my Terms of Service and Pricing could be updated or changed at any time aswell!
